A well-established I.T company based in Durban has a position for an Enterprise Account Manager.



  • Client facing and manage client relationship
  • Address any concerns of client, attend to first line support queries
  • Leverage the company's internal team to technically support client
  • Ability to understand market dynamics and be additive to the internal development process
  • Upsell when and where appropriate to find new opportunities within the client
  • Ability to manage many projects across an enterprise client and build and execute a comprehensive roadmap for that client


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant I.T Qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years in the role
  • Must have BI (Business Intelligence) experience 


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively speak with senior people
  • Very solid work ethic
  • Must be energetic and flexible
  • Ability to work in a quickly growing team
  • Desire to work in a flexible environment that focuses on results and rewards results.
