Enterprise Account Manager
A well-established I.T company based in Durban has a position for an Enterprise Account Manager.
- Client facing and manage client relationship
- Address any concerns of client, attend to first line support queries
- Leverage the company's internal team to technically support client
- Ability to understand market dynamics and be additive to the internal development process
- Upsell when and where appropriate to find new opportunities within the client
- Ability to manage many projects across an enterprise client and build and execute a comprehensive roadmap for that client
- Relevant I.T Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years in the role
- Must have BI (Business Intelligence) experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to effectively speak with senior people
- Very solid work ethic
- Must be energetic and flexible
- Ability to work in a quickly growing team
- Desire to work in a flexible environment that focuses on results and rewards results.
