Introduction

Our client is currently looking for a suitable Supply Chain Administrator to join their team based in Durban. This position is a 4 month contract.

Description

Duties (will include but not limited to):

  • Compiles Stock Reports daily                                                                                                     
  • Ensure Call off stocks are dispatched on time                                                                                     
  • Complete FEC process for shipments when received                                                                     
  • Action sales to invoicing on SAP                                                                                                
  • Update the attendance register for the team                                                                                    
  • Update Purchase Order and RFQ spreadsheet for tracking purposes                                      
  • Communicate the ETA for customers to improve overall customer satisfaction                  
  • Prepare monthly creditors reconciliations to ensure payment is made by Treasury          
  • Expedite material correction data sheets between customer and supplier                           
  • Complete Bi-weekly reports                                                                                                      
  • Ensure filing is done when required

Education

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric                                                                                  
  • Incoterms and Forex                                                                                                     
  • Import Export - Supply Chain / Warehousing                                                                                      
  • 2-3 years related experience                                                                                                     
  • Intermediate Computer literacy (Incl. Excel)
