We have a vacancy available for a Back Office Agent in Cape Town. The ideal candidate needs to be responsible for providing administrative support and data management to the Retention and Conversion departments.


Duties (will include but not limited to):

  • Support the account manager's portfolio
  • Summarise information from relevant database(s)
  • Ensure client deposits are successful
  • Compile sales reports
  • Manage targets and commissions
  • Follow up on enquires and/or complaints sent to the team from internal stakeholders and/or clients
  • Monitor team regarding leads and deposits
  • Assist with updating deposits
  • Interdepartmental liaison
  • Manage/compile and implement training for new agents
  • Manage attendance, fines and incentives
  • Manage communications groups and ensure response turnaround time
  • System updates - passwords, system errors, client information
  • Managing staff attendance
  • Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in analysis of data and data management
  • Working in a highly pressurised environment (call centre preferred)


  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel and Word and strong computer literacy
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Detail-orientated

  • Assertive, strong and confident
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be flexible and willing to adapt
