Introduction

My client is looking for a young and dynamic SAIPA qualified individual to fill the role of an Accounting/Financial Administrator for a call centre based in Hyde Park.

Description

Duties (will include but not limited to):

Responsible for reporting key figures and performance indicators, as well as managing the withdrawal and deposit process for different brands. These brands may focus on Cryptocurrency trading. Deposits can be received via credit card, wires, and alternative payment solutions such as money wallets and cryptocurrency. Adequate Excel skills are required, and any CRM experience is advantageous. The office style is fast-paced and energetic, so an ideal candidate would add to this and bring an excellent work ethic and energy to the team

  • Daily and weekly reporting of key performance indicators, customer deposits, and withdrawals
  • Action all withdrawals requests received within the designated timeframe
  • Monitor withdrawal requests and ensure all are approved or cancelled within a designated timeframe
  • Asses and determine eligible withdrawals and cancel non-eligible requests
  • Check deposits have successfully gone into the system. Manually enter successful deposits which are missing from the system
  • Assist the sales agents with deposit errors
  • Action queries regarding withdrawals internally and assist customer support and back office
  • Check KYC documents and necessary forms for wires/ international transfers
  • Prepare chargeback summaries and reports
  • Prepare reconciliations of various bank accounts
  • Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management

Education

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred: Tertiary education in Accounting / Business / Finance / Investment / Math's or equivalent
  • Required: Experience within a CRM environment
  • Sales experience advantageous as direct interaction with sales agents is a key role

Competencies:

  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Excel abilities such as pivot tables and functions
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be adaptable and  learn quickly
  • Able to multitask and  show initiative
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have at least intermediate excel skills, have an understanding of Google sheets and Gmail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
